Covers: Tattooing, body piercing, permanent cosmetics

 

Regulation(s):

No person shall perform tattooing, application of permanent cosmetics, or body piercing unless such a person is registered with the Local enforcement Agency to perform tattooing, permanent cosmetics, or body piercing. Upon completion of all requirements of registration, the candidate will receive a tattooist, Body Piercer, or Permanent Cosmetics Technician Certificate of Registration.
