For a program to be accountable for producing results over any given timeline, inputs, activities, outputs and outcomes must be monitored, analyzed, and acted upon by program management. We collect information about these elements, and engage in regualr reviews. The Small Business Assistance and Outreach Program is focused on being responsive to the needs of the small business community. We welcome input from stakeholders.
