3.2.1 Using research results from Intermediate Goal 1.2, form a workgroup that proposes PtD surveillance needs to Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).

3.2.2 Revise NIOSH Fatality Assessment and Control Evaluation (FACE) reports to include design-related factors.

3.2.3 Develop a mechanism for sharing industry notices of designs-related factors that can cause or have caused serious injuries, illnesses and fatalities.

3.2.4 Partner with FDA MedWatch (The Food and Drug Administration Safety Information and Adverse Event Reporting program) to include worker health and safety issues in their reports.

3.2.5 Include design-related factors in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Fatal Facts.

3.2.6 Include information about PtD as it relates to tools and equipment in the US Consumer Product Safety Commission “Business” website.
