Abstract
Each year trucking industry workers are injured and killed when hit by other drivers who do not see them. Make sure other drivers can see you by wearing a high visibility vest and making eye contact with drivers. Employers - Consider giving employees a high visibility vest. Employees - Wear your vest each time you exit your truck: 1. In the company yard. 2. At your customer's dock. 3. On the side of the road.
