The Construction Occupational Health Program's (COHP) Model ContractorProram is a collaborative research project between the COHP and the participating Contractor that attempts to improve the health component of the Contractor's health and safety program through meaningful worker participation in identifying and abating workplace hazards. The key component of the Model Contractor Program, which has been previously described in detail, is a participatory research process.
