Abstract
The purpose of the report is to identify the development schedule and permitting process at snip, which will assist the U.S. Bureau of Mines in suggesting improvements in environmental review and permitting processes for mine developments. The report provides an abstract of the environmental assessment review processes in Canada and the mine development review process in British Columbia and provides an understanding of the linkages between policy, legislation, and environmental review.
