All data show that every individual participating in the training course significantly increased technical knowledge, even those who had considerable prior knowledge and experience. Final evaluation survey shows that about 94% of the respondents recognized gain in technical ability, the same percentage indicated that they are still utilizing the capabilities obtained and would recommend that others should receive this training.
