Problems in Quantitative Measurements.
NIOSH 1976 Jun:193-224
Problems in quantitative measurements when using differential thermal analysis are considered. These problems can be caused by atmosphere effect, sample size, sample geometry, and relation of the measuring point to the heat path. Sample holders and varying proximities of sensor and sample and furnace assembly are discussed.
