Abstract
Detailed analyses of industrial health were conducted and findings were considered with community health epidemiology. An approach is provided for serving the commonly based health care needs of industry and the general community in Pascagoula, Mississippi while optimizing scarce health resources. A health maintenance organization to serve both industrial and general community health needs is proposed, with the objective of providing a full range of medical services to all sectors of the community emphasizing preventive medicine.
