N95 and P100 TIL Testing FY10

Objective

Conduct a comparison on fit of filtering facepieces and elastomeric N95 and P100 masks on human test subjects to evaluate the relative protection achieved by each class of respirators on the same panel of users.

Project Scope

Evaluate approximately 15 filtering facepiece respirators and 2 elastomeric HM & FF with N95 and P100 filters to determine feasibility of conducting a complete research study.

4Q FY09 - Flat fold and Duckbill Testing initiated
4Q FY10 - Publication of results
