Project Scope


  • 3 parallel processes for 5 years
    • STP evaluation & validation
    • Document creation & control
    • Review & creation of laboratory procedures

Milestones

  • Implementation staff to be added in 2007 & 2008
    • Lab manager, audit coordinator, time test coordinator are still needed
  • External auditors to be hired in 2010

Outputs

  • Validated STPs
    • Progressing well
  • Process Control Documents
    • Software & hardware needs being defined
  • Functional Quality Manual for testing lab

Outcomes

  • Increased respirator user confidence in test results and respirator quality
