Project Scope
- Branch research projects support the development or implementation of 8 PPE standards
- 100% of new start research projects complete external scientific peer-review
- Submit timely, informative monthly reports to NPPTL/OD
- Maintain a database of relevant standards and NPPTL research projects that support them
- Utilize project planning and tracking sheets to improve management of research projects and integration with strategic planning
- Improve coordination with OD & other Branches
- Focus on priority activities
