Achieving Performance Excellence' (APEX) program is based on the Baldrige National Quality Program. It is comprised of processes and measures that are aligned with the mission and vision of the Laboratory, that are continuously reviewed and evaluated in light of our goals, and that are revised as necessary to achieve performance excellence.
