Using This Site

Screen Resolution

The site is best viewed at screen resolutions of 1024x768 or better.

The minimum screen resolution to effectively view the site is 800x600. At this resolution, you can improve readability by running your browser in Full Screen Mode (use the View/Full Screen menu option on your Web browser or press F11.)

Text Size

Contents Menu

Use the contents menu to expand/collapse chapters and navigate to a section.

Navigation Links and Direct Page Access Using Keyboard Shortcuts

Each page contains a link to the contents page and ordered Navigation Links that appear at the top. The first line of the navigation area contains a path that includes the chapter and section that contains the current page. The second line contains previous and next links to navigate sequentially through the entire document.
