The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Office of Mine Safety and Health, issued a solicitation for a Broad Agency Announcement for Research and Development. The Institute anticipates that the period of performance for these efforts will be 12 months. Multiple Research and Development contract awards are anticipated. Request for Proposal No. 2008-N-10989 will be issued on an unrestricted basis to full and open competition.
