FIRE			In case of fire in the surroundings: use appropriate extinguishing media.
EXPLOSION

EXPOSURE		AVOID ALL CONTACT!
•INHALATION	Cough. Shortness of breath. Further see Ingestion.	Closed system and ventilation.	Fresh air, rest. Refer for medical attention.
•SKIN	Redness. Pain. Burning sensation.	Protective gloves. Protective clothing.	Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse skin with plenty of water or shower. Refer for medical attention.
•EYES	Redness. Pain.	Safety spectacles .	First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then take to a doctor.
•INGESTION	Sore throat. Nausea. Vomiting. Diarrhoea. Convulsions.	Wash hands before eating. Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work.	Rinse mouth. Induce vomiting (ONLY IN CONSCIOUS PERSONS!). Rest. Refer for medical attention.

Evacuate danger area! Consult an expert! Personal protection: complete protective clothing including self-contained breathing apparatus. Do NOT let this chemical enter the environment. Collect leaking liquid in sealable plastic containers. Absorb remaining liquid in sand or inert absorbent and remove to safe place.

Store in an area without drain or sewer access. Separated from strong oxidants, strong bases, metals strong reducing agents , food and feedstuffs . Do not store or transport in aluminium, copper, iron or zinc.

Unbreakable packaging; put breakable packaging into closed unbreakable container. Do not transport with food and feedstuffs.

The substance decomposes on heating producing toxic and corrosive fumes . The substance is a strong oxidant and reacts with combustible and reducing materials. The substance is a medium strong acid. Attacks metals to produce toxic and flammable arsine (see ICSC 0222).

ROUTES OF EXPOSURE:
The substance can be absorbed into the body by inhalation of its vapour, through the skin and by ingestion.

INHALATION RISK:
A harmful contamination of the air can be reached very quickly on evaporation of this substance at 20°C on spraying.

EFFECTS OF SHORT-TERM EXPOSURE:
The substance is irritating to the eyes , the skin and the respiratory tract . The substance may cause effects on the blood , cardiovascular system , gastrointestinal tract , liver and peripheral nervous system . The effects may be delayed. See Notes.

EFFECTS OF LONG-TERM OR REPEATED EXPOSURE:
The substance may have effects on the peripheral nervous system and skin , resulting in polyneuropathy and skin lesions. The substance may have effects on the cardiovascular system . This substance is carcinogenic to humans.
