NIOSH has referenced Barry Newton's report2 that refers to aluminum 2219, which will burn in pure oxygen at a pressure of 35 psi. However, there are additional aluminum alloys such as commercially pure aluminum (99.9%) that will burn in pure oxygen at a pressure of 25 psi.
