Evaluation of Substitute Materials for Silica Sand in Abrasive Blasting
Pre- and post-project medical surveillance testing was performed by Mobile Medical Screening Corporation of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Phase 2, Appendix 4 represents sample pre- (Exhibit 1) and post-medical (Exhibit 2) forms used in this testing. An electronic file for appendix 4 does not exist as part of this report.
