LTAS Death rates for individual states are available here. Select the state of interest to download a zip file containing four files:

*.RDF - The rate description file.
*.DAT - The rate data file.
*.IDX - The rate data index file.
*.ICD - The ICD to NIOSH minor mapping file.

All these files should be unzipped into the existing RATES directory under the LTAS installation directory. See the user manual for details concerning LTAS rates.
