Mice (10 in each group) were immunized by intraperitoneal injection of PR8, followed by intraperitoneal injection 4 weeks later of X31. Four weeks after the second immunization, immunized or naive mice were infected with 300 mouse lethal dose 50% of A/Vietnam/1203/2004. |
