Implementing in Phases
The benefit of doing a program in phases is that it gives you a chance
to conduct process evaluation early without overwhelming yourself with too many
things at once. You are then able to respond to feedback and make adjustments to
improve the program. You may also consider doing a pilot program. A pilot
program would simply be a scaled-down version of you full program. Piloting a
program offers many of the same benefits of offering a program in phases
- A chance to see how the process works.
- Ability to get early feedback from participants.
- Ability to make changes before implementing on a wide scale.
