		Consider your needs for the evaluation. What stakeholders prefer is important, but you also need to make sure you get what you need from the evaluation. Determine a purpose for the evaluation and then see if any of the questions can be eliminated.

		Don't try to cut back. You should measure everything that you can because you may need it later.
