Well, it's not quite happening like that. We e-mailed our research questions to them and they sent us a draft moderator's guide for the groups. When we read through it, though, we realized the guide had a bunch of irrelevant questions that won't help us to answer our research questions.

So we want them to revise the guide. Is this normal? Shouldn't they just be able to create a good moderator's guide from the start?"
