CDC-INFO is CDC's National Contact Center. In every month between March 2007 and April 2009, more than 75% of survey respondents declared themselves "Very Satisfied" with their CDC-INFO experience. CDC-INFO is on pace to answer more than 410,000 phone calls and nearly 100,000 emails in FY 2009, an 11.4% increase over FY 2008. CDC-INFO is also on pace to ship more than 92,000 publications orders to CDC-INFO inquirers during FY 2009.
