This week, we are reporting
on real progress reducing
childhood obesity in New York City and Los Angeles County.
Significant reductions in the proportions of three and four
year olds who are obese.
We're far from out of the woods.
The obesity epidemic isn't over.
But we're seeing perhaps the beginning of the end
of the obesity epidemic,
we're seeing very positive
signs in many places
around the country where we've implemented the policies,
we're seeing our children
become healthier.
