Course Description: This webinar will discuss the recent evidence of climate change impacts in the US, as described by the 3rd US National Climate Assessment. Specific attention will be given to the evidence for health effects of observed and projected climate change in the US. The presentation will conclude with a summary of CDC activities on climate change adaptation.
Objectives: At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Discuss the results of the National Climate Assessment.
- List two evidences that health in the US population has been affected by climate changes.
