Purpose
Although teens have the lowest seat belt use rates and highest crash risk of any age group, few examples of well designed community-based interventions to increase seat belt use among teens are available in the peer-reviewed literature. This proposal will fund the implementation and evaluation of one or more multi-component community-based interventions to increase seat belt use among adolescent drivers and their passengers.
