Purpose
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Public Health Research (OPHR) announces the availability of fiscal year (FY) 2004 public health research funds to support innovative public health research that addresses priority health protection issues. Health protection should be interpreted to include activities that 1) promote health and/or prevent disease, injury, or disability or 2) protect people from health threats including infectious, environmental, and terrorist threats. This RFA focuses specifically on health promotion in the workplace.
