Purpose
The purpose of this program is to fund a follow-up registry that collects and analyzes information on outcomes of TBI and develop existing surveillance of TBI in the Emergency Department. The goal of both programs is to produce data of demonstrated quality that will be useful to State injury control programs and other State agencies, and document the longer term effects of TBI, including disability.
