This document represents a summary of the testing suggested in the 13 sections of the Domestic Medical Screening Guidelines for refugees arriving in the U.S. These do not represent mandates but are guidelines to assist clinicians in performing a comprehensive medical evaluation. These guidelines are for asymptomatic refugees. Refugees with clinical complaints should receive diagnostic testing guided by their signs and symptoms.
