HIV Planning Guidance
The purpose of the HIV Planning Guidance is to provide CDC grantees a
blueprint for the HIV planning process and flexibility to design and implement a
participatory HIV planning process. This Guidance supports health departments in
the implementation of HIV prevention programs supported by Funding Opportunity
Announcement PS12-1201. The HIV Planning Guidance, formerly known as the HIV
Prevention Community Planning Guidance, is available below.
