CDC urges you to complete an LOI before you send in your application. The purpose of this letter is to inform CDC that your community-based organization (CBO) is interested in applying for funding under Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) PS11-1113. Although a letter of intent is not required, it is highly recommended because this information will assist CDC in planning for the review process.

Applicants are permitted to submit only one application per organization. Therefore, you can only submit one Letter of Intent (LOI) per application.
