Organizations Funded by Funding opportunity Announcement (FOA) PS 10-100-: HIV Prevention Projects for Community-bases Organizations (CBOs), by Region.  This bar chart shows four categories; Midwest, Northeast, South and West on the x-axis and is numbered from zero to 50 on the y-axis.   The y-axis represents the percentage of funding provided.  

One bar represents the percentage of CBOs focusing on a specific region and a second bar represents the percentage of AIDS diagnoses in the region in 2008.    

The Midwest region shows two bars side by side.  The first bar starts at zero and ends at approximately 11 percent and the second bar starts at zero and ends at approximately 9 percent.  The Northeast Region shows two bars side by side.  The first bar starts at zero and ends at approximately 33 percent and the second bar starts at zero and ends at approximately 27 percent.  The South region group shows two bars side by side.  The first bar starts at zero and ends at approximately 35 percent and the second bar starts at zero and ends at approximately 48 percent. Organizations Funded by Funding opportunity Announcement (FOA) PS 10-1003: HIV Prevention Projects for Community-bases Organizations (CBOs), by Race/Ethnicity.  This bar chart shows six races/ethnicities; Black, Hispanic/Latino, White, Asian/Pacific Islander, American Indian/Alaska Native and Multi-Race on the x-axis and is numbered from zero to 60 on the y-axis.   The y-axis represents the percentage of funding provided.  

One bar represents the percentage of CBOs focusing on a specific population and the other bar represents the percentage of AIDS diagnoses in the population in 2008.

Organizations Funded by Funding opportunity Announcement (FOA) PS 10-100-: HIV Prevention Projects for Community-bases Organizations (CBOs), by Risk Category.  This bar chart shows five categories, MSM (men who have sex with men), IDU (Injection drug users), Heterosexual and other/non-IDU on the x-axis and is numbered from zero to 50 on the y-axis.   The y-axis represents the percentage of funding provided.  Note the IDU category includes organizations that focus on injection drug use (IDU) and those that focus on multiple risk factors, including IDU. 

One bar represents the percentage of CBOs focusing on a specific risk category and a second represents the percentage of AIDS diagnoses by that risk category in 2008.    
The MSM category shows two bars side by side.  The first bar starts at zero and ends at approximately 47 percent and the second bar starts at zero and ends at approximately 48 percent.  The IDU category group shows two bars side by side.  The first bar starts at zero and ends at approximately 12 percent and the second bar starts at zero and ends at approximately 15 percent.
