The Capacity Building Branch is focused on improving the performance of the HIV prevention workforce by increasing the knowledge, skills, technology, and infrastructure to implement and sustain science-based, culturally appropriate interventions and HIV prevention strategies . To accomplish its mission, CBB provides national leadership, capacity building assistance, and funds capacity building partnerships.
