Two Pre-Application Workshops

Participation in the Pre-Application Workshops does not require pre-registration.  However, if you choose to attend this workshop, onsite registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. the day of the workshop. This workshop is free and open to the public (attendance is not required and will not impact application status). Space will be available on a first come first serve basis. All presentations conducted during the pre-application workshops will be recorded and posted to the PS11-1113 website for viewing.

The Pre-Application Workshops provide a full day of assistance to CBOs as they complete the application process. This workshop will provide detailed information tailored to the needs of the applicants. Representatives from the Prevention Program Branch (PPB), Program Evaluation Branch (PEB), Capacity Building Branch (CBB), and the Procurement and Grants Office (PGO) will be available to provide assistance and answer questions during the workshop.

Webcast Conference Calls

Note: Please view the Pre-Application and Technical Assistance presentations prior to participating on the webcast conference calls.

CDC will conduct a series of webcast conference calls to further assist CBOs in the application process. The webcast conference calls will provide potential applicants with the opportunity to ask questions on information provided by CDC staff during the Pre-Application and Technical Assistance presentations.
