*Each SHPPS 2012 SAS dataset requires the use of the SHPPS 2012 SAS format library file.  This file is used for all SHPPS 2012 SAS data sets and only needs to be downloaded once.  See “Using SAS Files” on the “Data Files & Documentation” page for instructions on creating and using the SAS format library file.
