Reports, recommendations, and other studies can be important resources for investigating and preventing waterborne disease outbreaks. Below are reports, recommendations, surveillance summaries, and other studies that focus on recreational water illnesses (RWIs); outbreak reports; case studies of incidents; historical data; and other important topics. They appear in the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR), Emerging Infectious Diseases (EID), Eurosurveillance, and other open-access publications.
