IERH: Partners
On This Page
The International Emergency and Refugee Health Branch (IERHB) responds to requests for technical assistance and support from partner organizations. IERHB's primary partners for emergency responses include the Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA), United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), World Health Organization (WHO), and many nongovernmental organizations (NGOs).
In collaboration with partner organizations, we act as health coordinators for displaced populations, conduct emergency needs assessment and establish surveillance systems as well as plan public health programs.
