- CDC Recommendations for the Identification of Chronic Hepatitis C Virus Infection Among Persons Born During 1945–1965

- CDC recommends that an FDA-approved Hepatitis C Nucleic Acid test should be used to identify active Hepatitis C infection among persons who test anti-HCV positive
