Influenza Public Health Genomics Initiative
In 2006, the Office of Public Health Genomics and the National Center for Influenza and Respiratory Diseases at CDC developed the Influenza Public Health Genomics Initiative to investigate the role of population genetic variation in the epidemiology of influenza morbidity and mortality and the effectiveness of public health interventions.
