Skin Cancer: Module 12
Sun-Safe Savvy Song Lyrics

Back to Module 12

We are the sun-safe team.
Our hats shade neck and face.
Long clothes cover our skin.
Or sunscreen takes their place.

Sunglasses shield our eyes.
From UV and bright glare.
We use some lip balm now.
Our mouth deserves some care.

We limit sun contact.
From 10 a.m. to four.
Sunburns and tanning too.
Are gone forever more.

We work or play in shade.
To block the midday sun.
By doing all these things.
Skin cancer should not come.

And now it's time to go.
Some water we must drink.
We're glad you've sung this song.
We hope it made you think.
