Research Projects

Public health programs need to be based on sound public health science. CDC conducts or supports research to strengthen the public health science base and to guide public health practice. CDC science projects work to improve surveillance methods to better define the impact of epilepsy, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to increase self management among person with epilepsy.
