Percentage of Adults with Diagnosed Diabetes Reporting Poor Mental Health at Least One Day in the Past 30 Days, by Age, United States, 1994–2010

From 1994 to 2010, the percentage of adults with diagnosed diabetes who reported having poor mental health at least one day in the past 30 days was higher among younger adults than among those who were older. In 2010, the percentage ranged from 41.3% to 49.7% among those younger than 65 years, and from 22.1% to 26.2% for those aged 65 years or older.
