    In 2007, CDC announced the availability of fiscal year 2008 funds for cooperative agreements between the CDC and State Education Agencies (SEA), State Health Agencies (SHA), Territorial Education Agencies (TEA), Federally Recognized American Indian/Alaska Native Tribal Governments (TG), and large urban Local Education Agencies (LEA) to improve health and educational outcomes of young people through establishing and strengthening coordinated school health programs.
