Abstract Submission
The Call for Abstracts is now closed for the 2007 National Prevention and
Health Promotion Summit: Creating a Culture of Wellness.
For questions regarding the abstracts, please contact
summitabstracts@aptrweb.org.
We appreciate the large number of responses and encourage all interested
participants to attend the conference.
Summit tracks
- Strategic partnerships
- Innovative approaches to public health practice
- Translating science and evaluating results
- Health policy and communications
- Implementing best practices at the local level
- Emerging issues and hot topics in prevention
For federal travelers outside of the Washington DC
area, please be aware that even if your abstract is selected as part of this
national summit, you still need to work through the routine process for
securing space on the HHS travel memo. Please keep in mind that regular
travel restrictions apply to this meeting. The executive committee will work
closely with invited presenters to help facilitate their place on the travel
memo, but the abstract submission process is not a guarantee of securing a
spot on the travel memo.
