Health and Sustainability Guidelines for Federal Concessions and Vending Operations
With support from CDC, HHS and GSA collaborated to create the Health and Sustainability Guidelines for Federal Concessions and Vending Operations, which were released in March 2011. By applying the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans to food service operations, these Guidelines demonstrate HHS’ and GSA’s commitment to promoting a healthy workforce.
