c Doctor-diagnosed arthritis was defined based on a "yes" response to the question, "Have you ever been told by a doctor or other health professional that you have some form of arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, lupus, or fibromyalgia?"
d Injury from a fall was defined as self-report of an injury due to a fall that caused you to limit your regular activities for at least a day.
e Does not include Puerto Rico or Guam.
