ART Clinics and Providers: Submitting ART Data
The National ART Surveillance System (NASS) is a Web-based Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) data reporting system supported by the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. NASS is the only CDC-approved data reporting system for ART procedures initiated in calendar years 2004–2015.
ART clinics that are submitting data to CDC via the NASS reporting system or through an approved alternative will be considered to be in compliance with federal reporting requirements of the Fertility Clinic Success Rate and Certification Act of 1992 [FCSRCA], Section 2(a) of P.L. 102–493 (42 U.S.C. 263a-1(a)).
Use of the NASS Web site is restricted to ART clinics and programs for data submission. It is not used to obtain reports at a local, regional, or national level.
Researchers and other professionals seeking information about ART data, clinics, or outcomes should use:
If you represent a new clinic preparing to submit ART data or are an existing clinic with data submission questions, please call 1-888-650-0822 or e-mail the NASS Help Desk.
