Through the Assessment Initiative (AI) collaborative project, the Public Health Informatics Institute, National Association of Health Data Organizations, and the National Association for Public Health Statistics and Information Systems have compiled and reviewed a collection of innovative Web practice examples for possible adaption to Web-based data query systems and information on community health improvement process (CHIP) on the Web. The project team then worked with AI grantees to select resources most helpful to them for the practice of assessment, which are displayed on this site.
- Primary users: local, state, and federal health departments, community-based organizations, and organizations that train public health professionals, with widely varying levels of statistical expertise.
- Secondary users: researchers and data users from the community at-large.
