Violent Crime Arrest Rates Among Persons Ages 10-24 Years, by Sex and Year, United States, 1995–2009

For persons ages 10—24 years, violent crime arrest rates were higher for males than for females from 1995-2009.  For males ages 10–24 years, violent crime arrest rates declined from 850.8 arrests per 100,000 population in 1995 to 519.6 arrests per 100,000 in 2009.
